Congratulations to Bureau Direct for winning Difference’s ECMOD Outstanding Customer Service Award
Leading online stationery company wins popular award at the 2013 Venda ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards

Online stationery company Bureau Direct have won Difference’s Outstanding Customer Service award at the ECMOD Direct Commerce 2013 awards ceremony. Competition was strong with shortlisted companies for ECMOD awards including Argos, John Lewis and Lakeland as well as well-known online and mail order companies such as Firebox and Boden.
The Outstanding Customer Service award is regarded as one of the most popular awards due to the amount of entrants. According to ECMOD "This is one of the most fiercely contested categories so you have beat some serious competition to be crowned winners". The judging criteria included feedback from customers which conveyed the warmth and personal contact that existed between Bureau Direct and their customers.
Dominic Irons, joint owner of Bureau Direct, says that “this award will mean so much to us because it really does demonstrate that smaller retailers can compete with more established big names.
